Artist's Comments

Hi everyone! This is the Ouranosaurus sculpture I just finished yesterday. It took me a while to finish it, but it's done! :D. It's really hard to get details on a relatively small sculpture, but I tried my best. I hope you guys like it! Oh, also, some of these pictures were taken before baking and some others after baking (hence the slightly burnt tail and sail edge :P, I think the burnt parts actually give it a cool effect). Critiques and comments are welcome.

Happy Holidays everyone!

Thanks so much for the Daily Deviation!!! :D

Ouranosaurus Sculpture by ~Red-Dilopho Despite the very small flaw on the tail, I would expect to see this in a museum somewhere. Very detailed, & realistic. The presentation is also nicely done. (Featured by `2dazed)

Very awesome. Are you gonna colour her?

Love doesn't lead to the dark side. Passion can lead to rage and fear, and can be controlled, but passion is not the same as love. Controlling your passions while being in love, that's what they should teach you to beware, but love itself will save you

That's pretty awesome, and I agree the burn marks make for a cool effect.

Beautiful! An elegant sculpt of an elegant creature. I've done some sculptures recently so I'm famililar with the tedium and work that goes into them, so awesome job!

What worked for you to get that skin texture? A wire brush and some sort of solvent?

Wow, that is cool!
You should paint it and mount it, it'd look superb! (superber...if that's a word)

Depend on the rabbits foot if you will, but remember, it didn't work for the rabbit.
