I wasn't sure about posting this up because it's still not the finished texture (the model is, but the texture isn't). This is just a quick test I did of the texture using an airbrush in Photoshop, just to block in the tones and colors.

Hey there, awesome model! Would you be interested in having someone rig it? I'm currently looking for meshes to rig, and since I'm a rigger who's model-tarded...

On all images and skeletal diagrams I can find, Dilophosaurus only has 3 fingers.

"A Late Triassic or Early Jurassic Theropod with two high crests running lengthwise along the top of its large head. Dilophosaurus was a medium-size dinosaur, it was about 20 feet (6m) long. This bipedal meat eater had short arms and powerful legs built for speed. There were three fingers on its hands and four toes on its feet (however, only three toes reached the ground). Its fingers and toes were armed with sharp CLAWS. The FOSSILS of this dinosaur were found in Arizona.
It is known from a nearly complete skeleton. Although this dinosaur was originally classed as a Carnosaur, it is now thought to be a large Coelurosaur"

It actually has a fourth, immobile finger.

you can read it, early dinosaurs had four fingers until more advanced Tetanurans evolved three mobile fingers.
